From Smut to Fine Art / Richard Phillips

goldjetski asked:
do you have that pic of the girl laying in like a pool chair with a green girl scout hat and big 70s pink rimmed sunglasses, the one Richard Phillips based his painting "Scout" on? i used to see it on ur blog every now and then but can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

American artist Richard Phillips based his pop art painting “Scout” (1999) on a pictorial from a 1974 issue of Hustler magazine. The identity of the model remains unknown.

A cropped version of the painting appeared in the bedroom of fictional character Chuck Bass on the television program Gossip Girl.
