Alicia Monet was born Lisa Sullivan on July 16, 1964 in Le Mesa, California. Monet started out in the adult entertainment industry as a stripper at age 17 and worked as a legal prostitute at a bordello in Nevada when she was 19. Alicia first began performing in explicit hardcore movies in 1987. Although she only acted in porn pictures for two years, Monet nonetheless steamed up the screen in scores of X-rated features for such companies as Metro, Coast To Coast, CDI Home Video, and Vidco Entertainment. Her adult film career came to an abrupt end in 1989 after Alicia bit porn stud Rocco Siffredi’s penis (!) while performing fellatio on him for a sex scene in a hardcore movie. Following this incident Monet went back to working as a stripper. Alicia has been married twice and was last reported living as a single mother in Nevada.

For those not in the know:

“The Batcave was a nightclub in London, at Meard Street, Soho. It is considered to be the birthplace of the Southern English goth subculture as it had already been established in Northern England, in particular Leeds Manchester and Belfast. Though when the culture was being developed in the North of England it was commonly known as alternative prior to having been given the gothmoniker. As one of the most famous meeting points for early goths, it lent its name to the term Batcaver, used to describe fans of the original gothic rock music, who would adorn themselves in Batwing Coffin necklaces to distinguish themselves from other less prolific goth nightclubs. The term “Batcave” is also still used by Europeans to refer to gothic music with a prominent post-punk sound and spooky atmospheres.”
